The Mechanism is basically designed to flush Nitrogen Gas and remove atmospheric imputities by flush throughout the normal air completrly because density of nitrogen Gas is very high.To preserve the eatable such as Dry fruits,spices,oily eatable namkins,Wafers stuffs etc.Origenally the system is adopt by Vijay Engineering on VE-001 on continuous Band Sealer.The flushing system,can attach any type of sealing machine to flush the Gas.

Vacuum+Nitrogen (Gas) Flushing machine is basically desigend to remove atmospheric impurities by pumping out the air completely and gas purge while packing.To preservr the edible (such as Dry fruits,Grain,Pulses,Spices,Pickles,Oily eatable stuffs etc.)from contamination by germs and bacateria,it id equipped with gas flushing system.Originally Germany has introduced this packing process,using nitrogen gas as preservative media.
This implement can be used for simultaneous vacuum and flushing process or it can perform each process (Vacuum or Flushing) individually before sealing opration.The machine is working with sequence timer or optional PLC controller.THe implement is protected thoroughly from moisture and dust contamination.
